Location: Capsule | Augusta, GA
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (Approximately 10 Hours Per Week)

Capsule is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy E-Commerce Coordinator to help create an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.

If you love fashion, enjoy working behind the scenes, and have an eye for organization, merchandising, and visual presentation, this could be the perfect role for you. We're looking for someone who won't just maintain our Shopify website, but will continually look for ways to make it more beautiful, intuitive, and enjoyable to shop.

What You'll Do

  • Merchandise and maintain our Shopify website.

  • Continuously improve the overall customer shopping experience.

  • Create, edit, and retire collections based on seasons, inventory, promotions, and new arrivals.

  • Upload and optimize product and lifestyle photography, ensuring images are consistently sized and formatted.

  • Audit product pages for missing information, merchandising opportunities, and consistency.

  • Refresh homepage content, featured collections, banners, and promotional sections.

  • Organize products using collections, tags, and filters to improve navigation and searchability.

  • Test the website across desktop and mobile devices to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Identify opportunities to improve conversions through stronger merchandising and product presentation.

  • Assist with basic reporting and recommend website improvements based on customer behavior and sales trends.

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to support product launches, campaigns, and seasonal collections.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable learning and working with technology and new software.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

  • An eye for visual merchandising and presentation.

  • Shopify experience is preferred but not required.

  • Retail, fashion, or e-commerce experience is a plus.

Schedule & Flexibility

This position averages approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Hours can be worked in shorter daily blocks or longer shifts depending on your availability and business needs.

Training will take place in our Augusta boutique. After training, there is the opportunity for this position to become hybrid or fully remote. Candidates with extensive Shopify experience may be eligible to begin remotely.

Looking for More Hours?

Additional hours may be available by assisting with boutique operations, including:

  • Receiving new merchandise

  • Preparing inventory for the sales floor

  • Organizing backstock and inventory

  • General boutique support

About You

You're naturally curious and always asking, "How could this be better?" You notice the details others overlook and enjoy creating organized, visually appealing experiences. You love the intersection of fashion, merchandising, technology, and customer experience, and you're excited by the idea of helping customers discover pieces they'll love.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
