Refund Policy

Not every purchase is forever - we get it!

If you need to make a return or exchange, please email or call us within 3 days of delivery to receive return authorization.  Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with tags attached.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment less original shipping charges. 

If your order qualified for free shipping, a $15 outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned outside of the approved return window may be denied or eligible for store credit only at Capsule's discretion.

Please note, in-store purchases are subject to a different return policy.  All sale items are final sale.
