All orders will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays!)

We ship for a flat fee of $15.  Local?  We encourage in-store pick up (because we love seeing your sweet face!)  And while we love traveling internationally, our goods stay domestic.  No international shipping.

Call or email within 3 days of receiving the order to set up a return or exchange.

We take great care of our goods, and expect you to do the same!  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original condition with tags attached.

Please send all returns to Capsule 467 Highland Avenue, Augusta, GA 30909. Return shipping is the customer's expense. Once we receive your qualified return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment less the original shipping charges.  If you received free freight (gotta love a promo!), we will refund your card the full amount less $15 for outbound shipping.
